SHIPPING POLICY
portugal DELIVERIES
FREE standard portugal delivery (registed mail) will be applied to all orders over 50€. Please note that your basket contents must amount to 50€ in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free delivery.

We ship Portugal orders within 1-5 working days after an order and payment is placed. We sent the deliveries by DPD (Portugal Continental) or CTT in registed mail (Madeira and Açores) and you will recieve the order within 2-4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International orders will be sent with CTT Registed Mail.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 - 10 working days and the rest of the world withing 10 - 20 working days.
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on purelight@outlook.pt for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damaged may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
